COUNSELING

Therapy is a cooperative and respectful process between therapist and client to facilitate change. As a client you will be provided a safe and confidential environment in which trust is established. You can then pursue the challenges  you may be facing and be able to work through them in a way that helps you feel empowered. Counseling is a way to help you face challenges with someone else who is nonjudgmental and assists you to find your own way through a difficult time in your life.
